Create opportunities for people undergoing journeys of forced displacement to heal and create new narratives.

Displacement is inherently traumatic and attempts to strip people of their dignity. These journeys carry profound and long-lasting impacts, which can continue to reverberate for generations.

If it is about them, it cannot be done without them. By deeply listening to those impacted by displacement, by bringing their voices to the center of the conversation, we can develop transformative experiences.  

All of this requires humility and listening to understand rather than listening to solve. It means earning trust through actions and not just words. It also means having the courage to examine how systems, practices, and policies compound the dehumanization of these journeys

Coach leadership through authenticity, and belonging.

To achieve something truly remarkable, leaders need to cultivate workplace cultures that promote courageous communications, dismantle siloes, and ensure psychological safety, that is also BOLD.

To do this, we need to embrace the natural tensions that emerge and get excited at the opportunity to grow. It means we look at the culture that is currently promoted, understand its intended and unintended consequences, and challenge the ways it inhibits authenticity, innovation and risk.

Cultural dynamics need to be continuously built and nurtured to foster a sense of belonging, a strong feeling of community, and deep passion for the mission
